Piano Lessons with Seoyoung Gabby L.

Seoyoung “Gabby” L. is a classically trained pianist and dedicated piano instructor based in Seattle, WA, with over ten years of teaching and performance experience. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Piano Performance at the University of Washington, where she continues to refine her artistry and pedagogy.

Gabby has worked extensively as a graduate assistant at Eastern Michigan University, accompanying opera workshops, voice students, jazz ensembles, and instrumental studios, as well as teaching private lessons. Her teaching background also includes private studios in the U.S. and elementary school music programs in South Korea, where she taught piano to students of diverse ages and skill levels.

Known for her friendly, communicative teaching style, Gabby emphasizes strong musical foundations, expressive performance, and individualized instruction. She is passionate about helping students grow with confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.
