Makenna M. is a passionate and dedicated music educator and performer. She earned a Bachelor's in Music Education and Cello Performance at Sacramento State University. Throughout her academic journey, she has gained valuable experience in both teaching and performing. Makenna’s commitment to music is evident through her work as a Strings Instructor for the String Project in Sacramento, where she taught elementary students the foundational skills of violin and cello. She designed lesson plans, organized class settings based on student skill levels, and helped students develop their playing, singing, and performance techniques. Makenna’s teaching style is friendly and flexible, with a student centered approach.
