Recital Sign Up Form

We are looking forward to seeing everyone perform at the recital on Saturday, May 9th at the National Opera Center. Please complete this form by April 10th to reserve your spot.

String players are invited to perform with piano accompaniment. If you wish to have accompaniment, you must be able to attend the a dress rehearsal on Friday, Nov. 14th in the late afternoon/early evening. You will be assigned a 5-10 minute time slot for your dress rehearsal.
