Albert began his teaching career in late 2021 and has expanded his practice to instruct a diverse range of students, from beginners to advanced levels, across the Cary, Apex, and Morrisville areas. His expertise primarily lies in Classical music, but he is also well-versed in various genres including Baroque, Romantic, Contemporary, and instructional series such as Alfred and Faber.
Albert commenced his piano studies at the age of 10 at the Cary School of Music under the guidance of Mr. John Hermann. He further honed his skills with esteemed instructors such as Florence Ko and Dr. John Salmon at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2019. These formative experiences have endowed him with a deep empathy for his students and a commitment to helping them achieve their musical aspirations.
Since 2023, Albert has been an active member of the Cary-Apex Piano Teachers Association. In this role, he has envisioned and pursued initiatives to guide students in their musical journeys, encouraging participation in competitions and recitals, developing essential coordination skills, and fostering new friendships through music. His dedication to both his craft and his students highlights his commitment to enriching their musical and personal growth.
