Piano Lessons with Lauren H.

Lauren started playing piano as a child. She was classically trained but discovered jazz as a teenager and realized that playing music with other people is not only fun, but also a good way to make friends. She has spent the last twenty years playing in various bands and ensembles. Lauren empowers students to explore their musical path and achieve their goals through patient and step by step instruction. In addition to teaching, Lauren is the co-founder and keyboardist in Major Tomboys, Portland’s all-femme David Bowie tribute band.
