Piano Lessons with Jenny Z.

Jenny Z. is a New York City–based pianist and music educator, holding dual Master’s degrees in Piano Performance and Music Education from the Longy School of Music of Bard College.

She has performed on stages internationally, with appearances at Carnegie Hall in New York, Lehman Hall at Harvard University, and Steinway Hall in Nanjing. A prizewinner of multiple international piano competitions, her work has also been featured by media including NY Daily News. She has served as an adjudicator for competitions such as the Sound of Music International Piano Competition.

With extensive teaching experience, Jie has worked with students of diverse ages and levels, from young beginners to advanced pianists. She previously taught in the Boston Public Schools and holds a Massachusetts teaching license (PreK–12). Her students have achieved strong results in piano competitions. As a Steinway Educational Partner, she works closely with each student, helping them build a strong technical foundation while developing musicality and confidence at the piano.
