Piano & Violin Lessons with Yen-Chih L.

With over eight years of experience as a dedicated violin and piano teacher, Yen-Chih Lin has cultivated an outstanding record of success. He works with students of all ages and levels, guiding them to discover their unique sound and creativity in music. Under his mentorship, students have consistently excelled in violin competitions and gained admission to prestigious music talent programs in Taiwan.

As a performer, Lin has participated in numerous orchestral concerts and toured extensively across Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia. His artistry has also earned him invitations to masterclasses with distinguished violinists including Keng-Yuan Tseng, Nai-Yuan Hu, and Haik Kazazyan.

Born and raised in Taiwan, Lin began his musical journey at the age of four, studying percussion and piano before transitioning to violin at age twelve. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Soochow University, where he studied with You-Yuan Chen and Hsiang-Chun Chien. He later received a scholarship to pursue his master’s degree at the Manhattan School of Music, studying under the tutelage of Albert Markov. He is now pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of Minnesota under Professor Stephanie Arado.
