Soohyun went on to receive his Bachelors in Violin Performance in 2022 studying under Charles Castleman as a Distinguished Stamps Scholar at the Frost School of Music, where he has gone to play with the Stamps String Quartet, the Henri Mancini Institute Orchestra, and the Amarillo Symphony.
