Guitar & Piano Lessons with Peter L.

Peter Loewenstein is a multi-instrumentalist from Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He has studied music his entire life, with emphasis on classical guitar, classical and jazz piano, and classical and jazz voice pedagogy. As well as this, Peter performs regularly in the Fox Cities Area and Southeastern Wisconsin as a solo performer of traditional American music, folk, indie, popular music, and original compositions. He holds a Bachelor's degree of Arts in Music from Ripon College, and has studied classical guitar in Barcelona, Spain with international classical guitar competition winner Christopher Avilez. Some of his recent engagements include working with the Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake, WI, to provide musical outreach to assisted living communities and adults and children with disabilities, and interning at the Escola Superior De Musica Catalonia (ESMUC). He teaches guitar, piano, and voice in both English and Spanish. One of the most important things to him is making sure the student is engaged in the material they are learning, and that they can apply what they learn through music to the rest of their life. Peter accepts all students, regardless of age or ability, and works with each to further their passion and musical excellence.
