Violin Lessons with Ilana Kleiman
Ilana Kleiman, violin, started her musical journey at the age of six and comes from a musical family.
She received her B.A in performing arts in classical violin in the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. During the years of her studies she received many scholarships and took part in important musical projects such as students exchange in Europe and orchestra projects throughout Israel.
As a part of her international musical journey she participated in various orchestral, choir and chamber music projects, including performances on Israeli TV. Ilana was the principal violin in a chamber quintet performing all around Israel, solo performer, orchestra freelancer and a devoted teacher to her many students.
During her work with children she established children’s orchestras and chamber music groups in different schools and conservatories using the Suzuki method and many others.
Since moving to Los Angeles she keeps performing as a solo violinist and group instrumentalist in various genres as well as developing teaching methods for individualized approaches adjusted for every student.
