Violin Lessons with Sara Jin

Violinist Sara Jin has been teaching violin for over 8 years and graduated from University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. She has been teaching at numerous schools and music programs in the Los Angeles area since 2014. Sara attended Aspen International Music Festival in 2009 and Spoleto Music Festival in Italy in 2011 and 2012. Her solo performances include appearances with Starling Showcases at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music.

She is a member of Los Angeles Sinfonietta and a coach for Los Angeles Sinfonietta Youth and Junior Orchestra. She is an active member of MTAC (Music Teachers' Association of California) and SYMF (Southwestern Youth Music Festival).

Sara loves working with a variety of students and kids of all ages. As a teacher, she uses the Suzuki method and is experienced working with students under the age of 5. Always tailoring her lessons to each individual student, she draws from many other available methods as well.
