Piano, Guitar & Voice Lessons with Claire C.

A Grand Rapids native, multi-instrumentalist Claire C. earned her Bachelor’s of Music from Columbia College Chicago in 2012. Since then, she has recorded two solo records and performed live with a wide range of musical acts as singer, pianist and rhythm guitarist. She is an active member of the Grand Rapids music scene, both as a soloist and band member. As a dedicated hobbyist and crafter, she’s always working on a wide range of projects, including stained glass, woodworking and lapidary arts.

Claire has had considerable experience with a wide variety of ages and skill levels over her thirteen year teaching career. Whatever a student’s interests, she strives to customize a lesson program that is engaging, informative and skill appropriate. Her guiding belief is that all people are musical, and all are welcome to make music at whatever level is accessible. Whether you're learning Beethoven or B.B. King, every lesson is an opportunity for fun, growth, and self-expression.
