Violin & Piano Lessons with Devin-Rose M.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Music and Linguistics from University College Dublin and a Professional Master of Education in Music from Trinity College Dublin. I have over eight years of experience teaching both in classrooms and private lessons, working with students of all ages and abilities. As a performer, I have played with the Dublin Symphony Orchestra, Hibernian Orchestra, UCD Orchestra and Choir, Dublin gamelan society, Diva Voces women's choir, and founded a composer's ensemble while at university. I teach violin, viola, piano, voice, and mallet percussion.

Outside of music, I enjoy learning languages, creating artwork, and exploring local trails and nature.

I enjoy helping students understand not just what to practice, but how to practice effectively. I use visual tools, clear systems, and musical storytelling to help students identify challenges, break difficult passages into manageable steps, and understand why the music works the way it does. My goal is to help every student become an independent musician who knows how to solve problems, measure their own progress, and build a repertoire they're excited to share with others.
