Recital Sign Up Form

We are looking forward to seeing everyone perform at the recital on Saturday, May 16 at Sharon Baptist Church (4451 Fields Ertel Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241). Talk to your teacher to see if your student is ready to perform. Please complete this form by April 20th to reserve your spot. We’ll get back to you that week with your recital time and more information.
