Phoebe holds a master degree in music performance from DePaul University. Phoebe enjoys a career as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral performer, and teacher. She performs with many orchestras in the United States. Also she teaches private lessons, instrumental sectional, schools and after schools programs around Chicago area.
