Dallas-Fort Worth Cello Lessons

Kelsey is a graduate of University of North Texas, where she completed a master’s degree in cello performance under the tutelage of Nikola Ruzevic. Prior to her studies at UNT, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Music at Luther College in Decorah, IA, where she studied with Eric Kutz. 

Kelsey performed with the UNT symphony orchestra and in April 2016, she was a member of the winning group of the strings division of the UNT chamber music competition. Kelsey is an active teacher and performer in the DFW area. She teaches private lessons at McMath and Calhoun Middle Schools and Denton High School, as well as with Dallas-Fort Worth Strings & Piano. As a freelance musician, she performs with various regional orchestras, as well as her string quartet, for weddings and other events.
