Erin Holland grew up in Worthington, Ohio and has almost 20 years of teaching experience. She began studying the viola at age 9 and holds a bachelor of music in Viola Performance from the Ohio State University and a Master of Music in Viola Performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She studied at the Chautauqua Music Festival in New York.
Erin completed her Suzuki Teacher Training in Books 1, 2 and 3 and was a private lesson and group instructor with Suzuki violin programs in Columbus and Worthington. She has taught with the Chamber Music Connection in Columbus and the Jefferson Music Program at The Ohio State University. She has performed with countless symphonies and musical ensembles across Ohio including the Springfield Symphony, Central Ohio Symphony and Newark-Granville Symphony. Erin currently teaches violin and viola in Grove City, Ohio where she resides with her husband and two children, Emily and Daniel
